Dr. Jessica Ribeiro earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008. She then pursued her graduate degree in Clinical Psychology at Florida State University under the mentorship of Dr. Thomas Joiner, earning her Ph.D. in 2014. After her predoctoral internship at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University (2013-14), she completed post-doctoral fellowships at Harvard University (2014-15) and at Vanderbilt University (2015-16).
Her research focuses primarily on advancing the prediction of suicidal behaviors, especially in the short-term and on a large-scale.
**Dr. Ribeiro will be taking students for Fall 2019.**
